For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

ROS1 is a tyrosine kinase functioning as a growth or differentiation factor receptor. Protein kinases transfer phosphate groups from ATP to substrate proteins, mediating signal transduction in eukaryotic cells.
They regulate metabolism, transcription, cell cycle, cytoskeletal rearrangement, movement, apoptosis, and differentiation.
The protein kinase family includes over 500 gene products, classified into 8 major groups based on catalytic domain sequences.
Tyrosine kinases (TKs) mainly regulate cell-cell interactions such as differentiation, adhesion, motility, and death.
Approximately 90 TK genes have been sequenced—58 receptor TKs (e.g., EGFR, EPH, FGFR, PDGFR, TRK, VEGFR) and 32 cytosolic TKs (e.g., ABL, FAK, JAK, SRC).
