Target Information
CDK2/cyclinO는 CyclinO와 복합체를 이루는 cyclin-dependent protein kinase 계열의 구성원입니다. CyclinO는 UNG 유전자에서 유래한 특정 단백질 아이소폼으로, 핵 내에만 존재하며 uracil-DNA glycosylase 활성을 나타냅니다. CDK2/cyclinO 단백질 수준은 G1 단계에서 증가하며 세포 주기 동안 변동합니다. Cyclin A-cdk2 복합체는 G1/S 전환 시 최대 수준을 보이며 DNA 복제 개시 복합체 내에서 DNA와 결합합니다. Rb 단백질은 in vivo에서 cdk2-cyclin E 및/또는 cdk2-cyclin A의 기질로 작용합니다. Cdk2는 G1 후반, S, G2 단계에서 활성화되어 핵 내에 특이적으로 위치합니다.
