For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

TNFRSF14 is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily and serves as a cellular mediator for herpes simplex virus (HSV) entry through interaction with viral glycoprotein D (gD).
Its cytoplasmic region binds to TRAF family members, mediating signal transduction that activates immune responses.
Activation of TNFRSF14 in T cells promotes proliferation and cytokine production, contributing to inflammation and enhanced CTL-mediated tumor immunity.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified, though some full-length forms remain uncharacterized.
