Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: Heat tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Cytokeratin은 분자량 40–68 kDa, 등전점 pH 4.9–7.8 범위를 가지며, 상피 유형 및 분화 정도에 따라 발현 패턴이 다릅니다.
이러한 발현 패턴은 상피성 악성종양의 감별 진단에 유용하며, 세포병리학 및 유세포 분석에서도 활용됩니다.
