Product Specific Information
A 1:1,000 dilution of MA5-45770 was sufficient for detection of 3,5-Dibromotyrosine in 1 µg of 3,5-Dibromotyrosine conjugated to BSA by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
Specific for 3,5-Dibromo-tyrosine. Does not cross-react with Nitrotyrosine.
Target Information
Dibromotyrosine is an antithyroid preparation and a derivative of the natural amino acid tyrosine.
