Target Information
STK39 (STLK3)는 세포 스트레스 반응 경로에 관여하며, 저삼투 스트레스에 반응하여 여러 양이온-염화 이온 공동수송체의 인산화를 유도합니다. STK39는 p38 MAP kinase 경로를 활성화하며, 세포 스트레스 중 p38과의 상호작용이 감소합니다. 또한 STK39는 남성 고혈압의 독립적 위험 인자로 알려져 있으며, 유전자 내 SNP가 혈압 조절에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다.
