For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the frizzled gene family, which includes 7-transmembrane domain proteins acting as Wnt signaling receptors. The encoded protein has a signal peptide, a cysteine-rich domain, and seven transmembrane domains but lacks a C-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif. It functions as a negative regulator of the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, inhibiting oncogenic transformation, cell proliferation, and apoptosis suppression. Alternative splicing produces multiple transcript variants.
