Target Information
Annexin I는 세포막의 세포질측에 주로 존재하는 Ca²⁺ 의존성 인지질 결합 단백질 계열에 속합니다. 약 40 kDa의 분자량을 가지며, phospholipase A2 억제 활성을 나타냅니다. Phospholipase A2는 염증 매개체인 프로스타글란딘과 류코트리엔의 생합성에 필요하기 때문에, Annexin I은 잠재적인 항염증 활성을 가질 수 있습니다.
