Target Information
PU.1 (SPI-1) 유전자는 ETS 도메인을 가진 전사 인자로, 골수성 및 B-림프구 세포 발달 과정에서 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. 이 핵단백질은 퓨린이 풍부한 PU-box 서열에 결합하여 표적 유전자의 프로모터 근처에서 다른 전사 인자 및 보조 인자와 함께 발현을 조절합니다. 또한 표적 유전자의 대체 스플라이싱을 조절할 수 있으며, 여러 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
