Target Information
CD51과 CD61(alpha V와 beta 3 integrin)은 복합체를 형성하며, vitronectin의 RGD 서열에 결합합니다. 또한 fibrinogen, von Willebrand factor, thrombospondin, fibronectin, osteopontin, collagen과도 결합할 수 있습니다. 이 항체는 osteoclasts, placenta, melanoma 세포주와 반응하며, 혈소판과는 약하게 반응합니다.
