Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.
- Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
- Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
- Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, and purified and partially purified Glutathione-S-Transferase (Schistosoma japonicum).
Target Information
GST (Glutathione S-transferase) is a 26 kDa protein found in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes, catalyzing diverse reactions. It is widely used in the GST gene fusion system, allowing purification of fusion proteins through their affinity for glutathione. These GST-fusion proteins are valuable for studying protein–protein interactions and various biochemical applications.
