Target Information
CD69 (AIM, Active Inducer Molecule)은 60 kDa의 이황화 결합된 호모다이머(gp28/34)로, 활성화된 혈소판에서 발현됩니다. 정상 말초혈액에서는 일부 세포가 CD69 항원을 발현하며, 림프구 신호전달에 관여합니다.
T 림프구 활성화 시 CD69 발현이 유도되며, 세포 증식 및 자연살해세포(NK cell) 신호 전달에도 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
CD69의 대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사체 변형이 존재합니다.
CD69 이상은 코시디오이도미코시스(coccidioidomycosis) 및 천식(asthma)과 관련이 있습니다.
