Product Specific Information
- Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL 또는 0.2 mL의 증류수(DDW)를 사용하여 재구성 (샘플 크기에 따라 다름)
- 항체는 실온에서 동결건조된 형태로 배송됨
- 수령 후 -20°C에 보관
- 재구성된 용액은 4°C에서 빛을 차단하여 최대 1주일 보관 가능
- 장기 보관 시 소량으로 나누어 -20°C에 보관
- 반복적인 동결 및 해동은 피할 것
- 사용 전 모든 항체 용액을 원심분리 (10000 × g, 5분)
