Target Information
HLA-DRA는 HLA class II alpha chain paralogue 중 하나로, alpha와 beta chain이 결합된 heterodimer 형태로 존재합니다. 이 분자는 항원제시세포(APC: B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages)에서 발현되며, 세포 외 단백질 유래 펩타이드를 제시하여 면역 반응에 핵심적인 역할을 합니다. Alpha chain은 약 33–35 kDa이며, 5개의 엑손으로 구성되어 있습니다.
DRA는 펩타이드 결합 부위에서 다형성이 없으며, DRB1, DRB3, DRB4, DRB5의 단일 alpha chain으로 작용합니다.
HLA 및 MHC 항체는 Immunopeptidomics 연구에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피 및 tandem mass spectrometry를 통해 neoantigen의 식별과 특성 분석을 가능하게 합니다.
