Target Information
DAPK2는 apoptosis의 양성 조절자로 작용하는 calcium/calmodulin-dependent kinase로, 다양한 조직에서 발현된다. DAPK2는 serine/threonine protein kinase family에 속하며, N-terminal kinase domain과 conserved calmodulin-binding domain을 포함한다. 이 단백질은 DAPK1과 유사한 구조를 가지며, 과발현 시 세포 사멸을 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 다중 polyadenylation site를 사용한다.
