For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LIN7B plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining asymmetric distribution of membrane proteins in polarized cells.
It forms multiprotein complexes that regulate protein delivery and recycling to specific membrane domains.
The LIN7–CASK–APBA1 complex may couple synaptic vesicle exocytosis to cell adhesion in the brain.
LIN7B ensures proper localization of GRIN2B (NMDA receptor subunit 2B) to neuronal postsynaptic density and contributes to synaptic vesicle positioning.
It is required for correct localization of Kir2 channels, GABA transporter (SLC6A12), and EGFR/ERBB family receptors to the basolateral membrane of epithelial cells.
LIN7B may also enhance ACCN3 acid-evoked currents by stabilizing the channel at the cell surface.
