Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
N-Myc protein is a member of the MYC family of transcription factors containing a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) domain. It is functionally complementary to C-Myc and plays a role in cellular growth and differentiation.
Amplification and overexpression of the MYCN gene occur in approximately 20% of neuroblastomas, correlating with advanced disease stage, rapid tumor progression, and poor prognosis.
