This antibody detects endogenous levels of total AMOTL2 protein.
Target Information
AMOTL2 regulates the translocation of phosphorylated SRC to peripheral cell-matrix adhesion sites and is required for proper actin filament architecture. It inhibits the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, possibly by recruiting CTNNB1 to recycling endosomes and preventing its nuclear translocation. AMOTL2 participates in angiogenesis and may influence polarity, proliferation, and migration of endothelial cells. It selectively promotes FGF-induced MAPK activation through SRC.
