Target Information
KCTD10 (Potassium Channel Tetramerisation Domain-containing 10) is a member of the polymerase delta-interacting protein 1 (PDIP1) gene family. It shares significant amino acid sequence similarity with PDIP1 and interacts with the small subunit of DNA polymerase delta and PCNA. Expression of KCTD10 can be induced by TNF-alpha in NIH3T3 cells.
