Alexa Fluor 555 염료는 555 nm 레이저에 적합한 밝은 오렌지색 형광을 나타내며, 넓은 pH 범위에서 안정적인 신호를 제공합니다. 높은 형광 양자 수율과 광안정성으로 저농도 생물학적 구조 검출에 탁월합니다. 각 IgG 분자당 2–8개의 형광체가 결합되어 있으며, 정확한 결합 정도는 로트별 분석서(Certificate of Analysis)에 명시됩니다.
