Target Information

Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target proteins. Secondary antibodies increase versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification. Typically, they are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity purification, fragmentation, label conjugation) for high specificity.
