Target Information
NOS (Nitric Oxide Synthase) 활성은 호모다이머화와 함께 세 가지 공동기질(L-arginine, NADPH, O₂) 및 다섯 가지 보조인자(FAD, FMN, calmodulin, tetrahydrobiopterin, heme)를 필요로 합니다.
NOS는 세 가지 유전자에 의해 생성되는 여러 동종효소로 구분되며, 대표적으로 다음과 같습니다.
- NOS1 (nNOS): 신경세포에서 처음 확인된 Ca²⁺/CaM 의존성 형태
- NOS3 (eNOS): 내피세포에서 처음 확인된 형태
