Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
p130Cas (Crk-associated substrate) is a cellular phosphorylation target of v-Crk and v-Src oncoproteins. It contains an SH3 domain, multiple YXXP motifs, and a proline-rich region.
p130Cas is involved in cell adhesion, migration, growth factor response, cytokine receptor signaling, and bacterial infection. Physiological functions include cardiovascular development, actin filament assembly, and Src-induced cell transformation.
