Target Information
CRIP2는 2개의 LIM 도메인을 포함하는 208개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질이며, rat homolog (Esp1 또는 Crp2)와 93%의 아미노산 서열 유사성을 가집니다. Northern blot 분석 결과, 1.3 kb CRIP2 mRNA가 다양한 조직에서 발현되며 심장에서 가장 높은 발현 수준을 보입니다. 고환에서는 1.7 kb mRNA도 검출되었습니다.
