Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
GBA3 (Cytosolic beta-glucosidase, EC 3.2.1.21) is a liver enzyme that hydrolyzes beta-D-glucoside and beta-D-galactoside but not known physiologic beta-glycosides, suggesting a role in detoxification of plant glycosides.
It also shows neutral glycosylceramidase activity (EC 3.2.1.62), indicating involvement in a nonlysosomal catabolic pathway of glucosylceramide metabolism.
