CEACAM7 (CEA-related cell adhesion molecule 7)은 carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) 패밀리에 속하는 GPI-결합형 당단백질로, 성인 대장의 고도로 분화된 상피세포의 apical 표면과 췌관의 일부 상피세포에서만 발현됩니다.
악성 변형 시 CEACAM7 발현은 초기 선종 및 대장 선암에서 완전히 소실됩니다.
CEACAM7은 단일 N 도메인(면역글로불린 가변 도메인과 구조적 유사성)과 하나의 면역글로불린 상수형 A 도메인을 가집니다.
