For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).

Target Information

G-CSF (Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor) is a cytokine that promotes the production and antibacterial function of neutrophils and monocytes.
Human G-CSF is an 18.8 kDa protein with 175 amino acids and exists in multiple isoforms. It is produced by activated monocytes, macrophages, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, astrocytes, osteoblasts, and bone marrow cells.
G-CSF regulates proliferation, differentiation, and activation of hematopoietic cells, and is expressed in various carcinoma and leukemia cells.
It is encoded by two distinct DNA sequences, resulting in full-size and shorter isoforms with different activity levels.
Clinically, G-CSF is used in treatments for neonatal infections, myocardial infarction, neutropenia, severe infections, sepsis, autoimmune neutropenia, acute myeloid leukemia, Sweet’s syndrome, and AIDS.
It also serves as a marker for certain carcinomas, and dysfunction is associated with Kostmann Syndrome.
