Target Information
NF-kB는 다양한 외부 및 세포 내 자극(사이토카인, UV, 스트레스, 감염 등)에 의해 활성화되는 핵 내 전사 인자로, 세포 성장, 분화, 증식, 세포사멸 및 염증 반응을 조절합니다.
NFKB1 (p50)은 Rel 단백질 계열에 속하는 50 kDa 기능적 서브유닛으로, p105 전구체 형태로 합성됩니다. 이 단백질은 핵 이동 신호, DNA 결합 및 이합체화 도메인을 포함한 보존된 RHD 영역을 가지며, p65와 이합체를 형성하여 기능적 NF-kB 복합체를 구성합니다.
NF-kB는 AIDS, 혈액암 전이, 류마티스 관절염 등 다양한 병리학적 상태와 관련이 있습니다.
