Target Information
Apolipoprotein H (APOH) is involved in several physiological pathways including lipoprotein metabolism, coagulation, and the production of antiphospholipid autoantibodies. It may act as a cofactor for anionic phospholipid binding by antiphospholipid autoantibodies found in patients with lupus and primary antiphospholipid syndrome, though it is not required for autoantibodies associated with infections.
