Target Information
ZFYVE19은 세포질분열의 절단(abscission) 단계에서 핵심 조절자로 작용하며, CHMP4C와 함께 VPS4 복합체를 조절하여 세포분열 중 DNA 손상 축적을 방지합니다. AURKB의 비활성화는 CHMP4C의 탈인산화 및 ZFYVE19/ANCHR 복합체로부터의 해리를 유도하여 절단을 진행시킵니다.
