Target Information
ZFYVE19은 세포질 분열(abscission) 단계의 주요 조절 인자로, 세포질 분열 체크포인트 과정에 관여합니다.
CHMP4C와 함께 VPS4 복합체(VPS4A 및 VPS4B)를 midbody ring에 유지하여, 세포질 분열 신호 종료 시까지 abscission을 지연시킵니다.
AURKB의 비활성화는 CHMP4C의 탈인산화를 유도하고, ZFYVE19/ANCHR 및 VPS4로부터의 해리를 통해 최종적인 abscission을 유도합니다.
