Target Information

TRIB3 (also known as TRB-3, SINK, SKIP3)는 세포 분열 억제 단백질로, Drosophila에서 발견된 Tribbles 단백질의 포유류 상동체입니다.
이 단백질은 MAPK 활성을 조절하며, TNF 자극에 의해 유도되는 NF-kB 의존적 전사를 억제하지만 NF-kB의 핵 이동 및 DNA 결합은 억제하지 않습니다.
TRIB3/SKIP3는 여러 인간 종양에서 과발현되며, 저산소 상태에 의해 조절됩니다.
