Target Information
CLSTN1은 KLC1과의 결합을 유도하여 축삭 전방 수송 과정에서 화물 역할을 합니다. APBA2 및 APP과 복합체를 형성하여 APP 대사를 안정화하고, APP 성숙을 지연시켜 β-APP40 분비를 억제합니다. 또한 C99 및 PSEN1과의 상호작용을 조절하여 γ-secretase에 의한 APP 절단을 억제합니다. CLSTN1은 칼슘 매개 시냅스 후 신호 조절에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
