Product Specific Information
- In sandwich ELISAs, approximately 45% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat IL-1ra/IL-1F3 and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human, porcine, and equine IL-1ra/IL-1F3 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody by the LAL method.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine receptor belonging to the interleukin 1 receptor family. It acts as a receptor for IL1A, IL1B, and IL1R1/IL1RA, mediating cytokine-induced immune and inflammatory responses. This gene forms part of a cytokine receptor gene cluster on chromosome 2q12, along with IL1R2, IL1RL2, and IL1RL1.
