Target Information
RFX1은 regulatory factor X 유전자군에 속하며, highly-conserved winged helix DNA binding domain을 포함하는 전사 인자입니다. 이 단백질은 RFX2, RFX3, RFX5와 이합체를 형성할 수 있으며, MHC class II 유전자의 X-box에 결합하여 발현을 조절합니다. 또한 hepatitis B virus 유전자 발현에 필요한 inverted repeat에도 결합할 수 있습니다.
