Target Information
FABP4 (Fatty Acid Binding Protein 4)는 지방산 결합 단백질(FABP) 패밀리에 속하며, 세포 내 지방산 및 기타 지질의 수송에 관여합니다. FABP4는 지방세포(adipocytes), 대식세포(macrophages), 단핵구 유래 수지상세포(monocyte-derived dendritic cells), 근상피세포(myoepithelial cells)에서 발현됩니다. 또한, 장쇄 지방산과 레티노산을 핵 내 수용체로 전달하는 역할을 합니다.
