Target Information
SARS(중증급성호흡기증후군)는 인간 코로나바이러스에 의해 발생합니다.
인간 코로나바이러스는 상기도 감염(감기 등)의 주요 원인으로 알려져 있으며, 27–31 kb 크기의 RNA 게놈을 가진 양가닥 RNA 바이러스입니다.
SARS 바이러스의 전체 서열은 25개의 오픈 리딩 프레임을 포함하며, SARS-E2 당단백질 전구체는 139 kDa의 당단백질로, 690–1050 잔기 사이에 T세포 수용체 αβ V 사슬 단백질과 관련된 초항원(superantigen)을 포함합니다.
