Target Information
PAK 단백질은 Rho GTPases를 세포골격 재구성과 핵 신호 전달에 연결하는 주요 인자입니다. PAK 단백질은 serine/threonine p21-activating kinase 계열로, Cdc42 및 RAC과 결합하여 다양한 생물학적 활동에 관여합니다. α, β, γPAK 아이소폼은 활성화된 Rac1 및 Cdc42와 복합체를 형성하며, GTPase 활성을 억제하고 자가 인산화를 유도합니다. γPAK에는 Ser19, Ser141, Thr402를 포함한 8개의 자가 인산화 부위가 있으며, Ser141과 Thr402의 인산화는 γPAK 활성화와 관련되어 있습니다. 인산화 후 Rac/Cdc42에 대한 친화도가 감소하면 PAK 아이소폼은 복합체에서 분리되어 하위 기질을 탐색합니다.
