Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RALBP1 specifically activates hydrolysis of GTP bound to RAC1 and CDC42, but not RALA.
It mediates ATP-dependent transport of DNP-SG and doxorubicin (DOX) and functions as a major transporter of glutathione conjugates and xenobiotics, contributing to multidrug resistance.
RALBP1 also acts as a scaffold protein in endocytotic complex formation and interacts with CDC2 to regulate endocytosis. One of its known substrates is EPN1/Epsin.
