Target Information
Paxillin은 focal adhesion 단백질로, src, FAK, p210BRC/ABL 등의 여러 tyrosine kinase의 기질로 작용합니다. Paxillin의 tyrosine phosphorylation은 세포 간 접착 변화에 의해 영향을 받으며, FAK 및 Crk와 SH2 domain을 통해 강하게 결합합니다. 이 상호작용은 extracellular matrix와는 독립적입니다. Paxillin은 처음 fibroblast에서 발견되었지만, 신경돌기(neurite) 신장 및 분화 과정에서도 중요한 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
