Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
ANP32C (acidic leucine-rich nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family, member C), also known as PP32R1 or tumorigenic protein pp32r1, is a 234 amino acid protein containing four leucine-rich repeats. It belongs to the ANP32 family and shares 87.7% sequence identity with ANP32A, a tumor suppressor.
Unlike ANP32A, ANP32C is tumorigenic and expressed in activated stem cells (mobilized CD34+ and cord blood CD34+ cells), but not in resting bone marrow CD34+ cells. It is also found in various neoplastic cell lines, particularly prostatic adenocarcinoma, and may modulate the oncogenic potential of human prostate cancer.
