Description:
The 24DMS1 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD39 (NTPDaseI). E-NTPDases convert nucleoside tri- and diphosphates into monophosphates, removing toxic extracellular ATP and ADP. CD39 is a key enzyme in immune regulation, influencing inflammation and platelet activation. It is expressed on B cells, Langerhans cells, monocytes, and CD4⁺CD25⁺FoxP3⁺ regulatory T cells (Treg). CD39-deficient Treg cells show impaired suppressive function in vitro and in vivo.

Applications Reported:
For use in flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometry on mouse splenocytes. Recommended ≤0.25 µg/test in 100 µL total volume. Optimal titration is advised depending on cell number (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test).

Target Information

CD39 is a 70–100 kDa cell surface antigen expressed on peripheral blood B cells, monocytes, T cell clones, and weakly on granulocytes. It possesses ecto-ATPase activity and is induced on activated T cells and B cells as a late activation antigen.
