In Western blots, approximately 25% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse CCL4/MIP-1 beta is observed. No cross-reactivity with recombinant human CCL1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, recombinant mouse CCL1, 2, 6, 7, 9/10/MIP-1 gamma, 11, 12, 19, 21, 22, 25, 28, recombinant rat CCL2 or CCL20 is observed.
Target Information
MIP-1α와 MIP-1β는 구조적 및 기능적으로 유사한 CC 케모카인으로, 세균, 바이러스, 기생충 및 진균 감염에 대한 숙주 반응에 관여합니다. 이들은 염증성 세포(예: 대식세포, 림프구, NK 세포)의 이동과 활성 상태를 조절합니다.
MIP-1α는 CD8+ 림프구를, MIP-1β는 CD4+ 림프구를 선택적으로 유인하며, B 세포, 호산구, 수지상세포에도 강력한 화학유인 효과를 나타냅니다. 인간 및 생쥐의 MIP-1α와 MIP-1β 모두 인간 및 생쥐 조혈 세포에 작용합니다.
