Target Information
KCNK10은 두 개의 pore-forming P domain을 포함하는 potassium channel 단백질 초과가족의 구성원 중 하나입니다. 이 유전자의 발현은 신장과 췌장에서 높게 나타납니다. 본 채널은 주로 생리학적 K⁺ 농도에서 외향성 전류를 전달하는 open rectifier로 작용합니다. 아라키돈산에 의해 강하게, 막 신장, 세포 내 산성화, 마취제 등에 의해 약하게 자극을 받습니다. 세 가지 전사 변이체(transcript variants)가 보고되어 있습니다.
