Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The EDF1 gene suppresses G-protein and mitogen-activated signal transduction in mammalian cells. The encoded protein shares similarity with Arabidopsis FUS6, a regulator of light-mediated signal transduction in plants. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
