Target Information
mreB 단백질은 세포 형태 결정에 필수적인 막 연관 동적 필라멘트를 형성합니다 (PubMed:15612918, 21903929). 세포벽 합성과 세포 신장을 조절하여 세포 형태를 유지하며, 세포 기하학과 MreB 위치 간의 피드백 루프를 통해 세포벽 성장 부위를 조절합니다 (PubMed:24550515). 필라멘트는 세포벽 합성 효소와 함께 세포 둘레를 따라 회전하며, 이 과정은 MreB 중합화에 의존하지 않습니다. 이러한 회전은 세포의 막대 모양 유지에 기여합니다 (PubMed:21903929).
