For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform another round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a transcription factor containing C2H2-type zinc-fingers and a positive regulatory domain. It is involved in B cell differentiation, tumor suppression, and development of the central nervous system (CNS). Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been observed.
