This antibody has not been preabsorbed and therefore may cross-react with IgG2a from other species.
For FACS analysis, use 50 µL of the suggested working dilution to label 1×10⁶ cells in 100 µL.
Goat anti-Rat IgG2a antibody recognizes rat IgG2a as assessed by immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA. It may cross-react with IgG2a from other species.
Target Information
Anti-Rat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for rat immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of the specified target.
Secondary antibodies increase versatility by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and can enhance sensitivity through signal amplification.
