Target Information
Cofilin은 F-actin에 결합하여 pH 의존적인 F-actin 탈중합 활성을 나타내며, 세포골격의 역동성을 조절합니다. 정상적인 유사분열 및 세포질 분열 과정에 중요하며, 세포 형태 및 세포골격 조직 조절에 관여합니다. 또한, 비정형 케모카인 수용체 ACKR2의 세포막 발현을 조절하여 케모카인 흡수 및 분해 효율을 높이는 데 필요합니다. 신경관 형성과 신경능선 세포 이동에도 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
