Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Albumin is a soluble, monomeric protein that constitutes about half of the blood serum protein. It functions primarily as a carrier for steroids, fatty acids, and thyroid hormones, and helps maintain extracellular fluid stability.
Albumin is a globular, unglycosylated serum protein with a molecular weight of approximately 65,000 Da. It is synthesized in the liver as preproalbumin, which is processed into proalbumin and then cleaved in the Golgi vesicles to yield the secreted albumin.
